"Dress better for your next court appearance"- military judge to David Hicks who was wearing standard issue (but crumpled) prison garb and flip flops. Suppose someone should have thought to remember to make sure Mr Hicks was in the expected "neat office attire or a culturally appropriate equivalent" - or perhaps they don't hand those or irons (for pressing clothes) out at Gitmo.
